Position Summary The SAP Environment Manager is a technical leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end architectural oversight, environment management, and operational readiness of the SAP and non‑SAP system landscape supporting Project Propel. This role is critical to the success of a large‑scale business and technology modernization initiative, enabling Project Propel's mission to transition PG&E to SAP S/4HANA under the RISE with SAP model. The primary function of the SAP Environment Manager is to ensure end‑to‑end environment readiness across all project test cycles and go‑live events. The role serves as the primary technical interface with the PMO, solution teams, and application vendors to drive effective system planning, environment tracking, and delivery. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong governance discipline, and the ability to lead complex, multi‑vendor delivery within a regulated enterprise environment.
