People Advisor (12 Month FTC) London, England ABOUT THE ROLE The People Advisor will provide hands-on support, coaching and guidance on all people matters, to enhance our team member experience and drive positive outcomes. The ideal candidate understands the value of strategic HR partnership and empowering our people leaders. This role will focus on driving consistency of process and approach across Europe and Australia. Reporting into the Senior People Business Partner, this person will work alongside highly collaborative Centers of Excellence teams. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON - Act as the primary support for people matters across the UK, Germany, Poland and Australia. Provide end-to-end management of those matters, ensuring adherence to company policy and relevant employment law. - Provide support, thought leadership and coaching for team members and people leaders across the business - including Studio, Retail and Corporate teams. - Coach business leaders on people processes, including performance management, absence management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievances. - Provide training and development on key processes for people leaders at all levels, to improve leadership capability and drive a culture of high performance and accountability. - Analyze trends and metrics, collaborating with HR functional experts to share insights, make recommendations and drive proactive solutions. - Partner closely with Employment Legal, People Business Partners and Team Member Relations on the identification, escalation, risk mitigation and resolution of employee relations issues. - Partner with Environmental Health and Safety to support our teams to drive a culture of safety. - Partner with our Global
