Role summary Location: Shanghai, China On-site Full-time We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented APAC Business Process Manager to join our APAC Ops COE team, with a core mandate to accelerate process automation, strengthen governance frameworks, and elevate operational excellence across APAC operations. This role will own the end-to-end identification, initiation, and delivery of high-impact automation initiatives, targeting manual workflow reduction, process standardization, and efficiency gains-while collaborating closely with Ops stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate brings deep experience from top-tier internet companies, with a proven track record in leveraging Power automate and other automation tools to drive process transformation, as well as leading cross-team initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
