Role Summary As a Partnerships Manager, EMEA at Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM), you will play a critical role in building and scaling our partner ecosystem across the region. As the first partnerships hire for WFM in EMEA, you will lead the development of strategic relationships that drive revenue growth, partner success, and market expansion. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and global partnerships teams to turn partnerships into a key growth engine for the business. What You'll Do - Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with EOR resellers, corporate secretarial firms (ISP/CSP), recruiters, and the PE/VC ecosystem across EMEA. - Drive partner activation by enabling partners to successfully refer clients or resell Payoneer WFM solutions. - Manage and optimize partner referral processes to ensure seamless collaboration and conversion. - Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content partnerships.
