Pantheon's multitenant, container-based platform enables organizations to manage all of their websites from a single dashboard. Organizations including Clorox and the United Nations drive results through accelerated development and real-time publishing using Pantheon's collaborative workflows. The Role Are you an operations minded builder who thrives in fast moving environments and loves bringing order to complexity? Pantheon is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will enable our Marketing leader while creating the internal structure that helps the Marketing organization operate smoothly and predictably. This role sits at the center of Marketing's operating system: coordinating work across teams, building lightweight processes, tracking commitments, driving clarity, and keeping leadership ahead of what is needed. You'll bring high judgment and exceptional organization to ensure that the right conversations happen at the right time, internal programs run effectively, and our leaders are consistently prepared for decisions, reviews, and cross functional alignment. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the Marketing organization functions day to day while directly supporting two senior executives in a high growth, high visibility environment. Responsibilities Marketing Rhythms Own the operating rhythms for the Marketing organization including planning cycles, calendars, meeting cadences, and internal workflows.
