We are seeking a Director, Supply Planning to join Oura's Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to the Supply Planning team, ensuring we meet customer service and revenue commitments while optimizing inventory and enabling Oura's growth. The Director will be critical in shaping the roadmap for global supply planning systems and processes as we scale the business to new products, programs, regions, contract manufacturers (CMs), and distribution hubs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, operates at a functional level capable of managing managers and senior ICs, and drives clear cross-functional communication and alignment.
