Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry's, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What you'll do As Product Manager for Product-Led Growth (PLG), you'll own the roadmap for how Otter grows through the product itself. This role is focused on building a self-serve growth engine that improves acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. You will: - Design and run experiments to improve funnel efficiency, reduce CAC, and increase conversion from lead → customer → expansion. - Build features and flows that generate organic growth. - Drive monetization through pricing experiments, upsell opportunities, and CRM-driven campaigns that expand LTV. - Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Data Science to enrich leads, improve attribution, and optimize channels. - Define and track success metrics - CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation velocity, and self-serve revenue. - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works.
