We increase sales, reduce order issues, decrease delivery headaches and delight their customers. What you'll do - Lead the end-to-end hardware lifecycle across Otter's hardware product portfolio (POS, Kiosk, Kitchen Display Systems, Lockers, etc), owning delivery from prototype, production to fulfillment. - Manage vendor relationships and own the short and long term vision and strategy across all hardware products. - Oversee manufacturing, FATP processes, build readiness, and quality checkpoints to ensure hardware ships on time and at scale. - Supply planning and optimization. Lead planning cycles and cadence by conducting analysis, providing explanations to stakeholders and driving alignment across all hardware products. - Establish and maintain hardware KPIs, dashboards, and risk management systems that provide executive-level visibility into supply, readiness, and operational performance. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support and Operations to translate business demand into clear hardware plans, supply needs, and go-to-market readiness. - Serve
