This position is at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in the Office of Ethics Counsel (OEC). This position serves as an Attorney Advisor (Harassment Prevention). Duties As an Attorney Advisor (Harassment Prevention), you will: Manage and support the agency's anti-harassment program, including prevention efforts, reporting processes, corrective actions, and compliance with governing laws and policies. Advise agency leadership and management, including senior officials and Board Members, on legal interpretations, policy decisions, and recommended actions related to harassment and ethics issues. Conduct legal research and analysis, identifying applicable laws and regulations, determining required facts, and preparing comprehensive memoranda and policy documents. Develop and deliver anti-harassment training and outreach, and prepare communication materials for the Chief Ethics Counsel and the NCUA Board. Coordinate with executives, senior managers, and other agency offices to design remedies for violations, support investigations, and advance related anti-harassment and equal employment initiatives. Represent the agency at meetings and conferences, and serve as liaison with external federal-sector harassment prevention professionals. Education All education must be received by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with an education requirement) therefore, applicants must report only attendance and/or degrees received from schools recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
