About this role
Cloud Architect – Retail & Multi-Industry CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico, MX You will work closely with customers throughout their cloud journey, from technical discovery and solution design to proof of concept, deployment, and ongoing adoption. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance cloud opportunities across a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers. Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and define appropriate Oracle Cloud solutions. Design and present cloud architectures, reference solutions, and technical demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Support customers through the full lifecycle of cloud adoption, including discovery, architecture design, proof of concept (POC), implementation planning, and deployment. Provide technical guidance on cloud infrastructure, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies. Develop and execute hands-on technical activities, including solution implementation, configuration, automation, and scripting when required. Collaborate with internal Oracle teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and accelerate cloud consumption. Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, solution guides, demonstrations, and technical content. Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and a key technical partner for the sales organization. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or other leading cloud platforms. Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, or AI-related technologies. Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
