About this role

Cloud Operational Support bilingue Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: Responsabilidades Clave Definir y liderar la arquitectura objetivo de infraestructura en AWS para entornos productivos, garantizando escalabilidad, resiliencia, seguridad y alineación con objetivos del negocio. Actuar como referente técnico en ingeniería de Linux y Windows en AWS , impulsando estabilidad de plataforma mediante mejoras proactivas, troubleshooting avanzado y optimización de desempeño. Diseñar y gobernar frameworks de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) con Terraform y/o CloudFormation, estableciendo estándares, patrones reutilizables y control de cambios. Liderar arquitectura de seguridad y cumplimiento: estrategia de IAM, segmentación de red, cifrado/KMS, logging centralizado y validación continua de controles. Impulsar estrategias de optimización de costos y performance (rightsizing, escalamiento, almacenamiento, lifecycle policies). Definir y asegurar la arquitectura de Disaster Recovery y Continuidad de Negocio (DR/BCP) , incluyendo RTO/RPO, pruebas y mejora continua. Integrar controles de infraestructura en pipelines CI/CD (CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, Jenkins o GitLab), aplicando policy-as-code y gobierno de despliegues. Liderar la gestión técnica de incidentes críticos, elaboración de RCA y acciones correctivas/preventivas. Brindar liderazgo técnico a equipos L1-L3, realizar revisiones de diseño y promover estandarización y mejores prácticas. Mantener documentación técnica y arquitecturas de referencia actualizadas. Requisitos Indispensables Más de 8 años de experiencia en ingeniería/operaciones de infraestructura , con al menos 5 años en entornos productivos AWS a gran escala.
