About this role
Senior Legal Program Manager, Legal Operations San Francisco, California, United States About the Role We are seeking a Legal Program Manager to support and scale our contracting operations and legal systems infrastructure. This role will primarily focus on owning and evolving our contracting and legal systems processes, partnering closely with Legal and other Business Teams (GTM, Ads, Finance, IT, and Procurement Systems) to improve operational efficiency and user experience across legal and their business partners. In addition, this role will develop and monitor key legal performance metrics and reporting frameworks. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building structure in ambiguous environments, driving projects end-to-end, and improving how legal teams operate at scale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing programs, optimizing processes, and translating business needs into scalable systems and workflow solutions. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. In this role, you will: System Ownership & Operational Scaling - Design, build, and maintain contracting workflows and automations to improve scalability and operational efficiency. - Partner with Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Finance, and Systems teams to identify workflow pain points and implement process improvements. - Support integrations and coordination between our contract lifecycle management platform and adjacent business systems. - Build and monitor reporting dashboards to identify areas and action plans for scaling and improved efficiency. - Identify and implement solutions to utilize OpenAI's latest technology to scale legal contracting
