The Challenge As part of Tier 2 People Operations, you will own the resolution of complex, region-specific People matters, acting as a critical bridge between Tier 1 support and strategic partners (HRBPs, Legal, Country Partners). You will ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable execution of employee lifecycle processes while enhancing service delivery and operational excellence across regions.
