As we continue to evolve our approach, we are looking for a passionate D&I Lead to own our regional strategy, drive inclusion initiatives, and champion a culture of equity and belonging. Your Team: You will be a key member of the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Social Impact team, reporting directly to the Director of DEIB & Social Impact. You will work in close partnership with business leaders, the Talent Team, and employees across On to bring our D&I vision to life. Your Mission: - Regional Strategy & Ownership: Own and execute the D&I strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with our global goals while effectively tailoring programs to meet local needs and regulatory requirements. - Inclusion Group Management: Serve as the primary lead and advocate for our global Inclusion Groups. You will provide guidance, structure, and support to ensure they are empowered to foster community and contribute meaningfully to our inclusive culture. - Diversity Hiring Support: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives.
