Engineering Manager - Integrated Planning Platform Zurich In short On is looking for a Senior Lead - Integrated Planning Platform to join our engineering team at our HQ in Zurich. We are seeking a leader who seamlessly combines deep, strategic Supply Chain Planning expertise with a strong software engineering / technical background. In this role, you will lead complex projects and a high-performing team that delivers large-scale planning system solutions-the digital backbone of our global supply chain. These systems impact several teams across functions and regions, ensuring On's products reach our customers efficiently. In our high-velocity culture, you will leverage your profound understanding of S&OP processes, demand and supply forecasting to scale a robust, world-class integrated planning environment. You will harness diverse perspectives from both business and tech stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks, and confidently balance necessary technical and strategic trade-offs. Your Mission - Lead & Empower Teams : Lead, inspire, and grow engineering teams focused on the Integrated Planning Platform.
