About this role
Product & Strategy Operations Manager Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Who We Are At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me , Do the Right Thing , and Get Things Done . These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. About the Opportunity We're looking for a commercially-minded product strategist to help shape and grow the OKX product offering in Australia. This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on sprint management or technical delivery ownership. Instead, this role sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth, operations, and product marketing, helping ensure our global product offering succeeds locally through deep customer understanding, strong market insight, clear positioning, and effective execution. A key part of the role is developing a genuine understanding of our customers, how they trade, what frustrates them, what builds trust, and what creates delight. We're looking for someone who naturally thinks from the customer perspective and can identify opportunities to make our products feel simpler, more intuitive,
