In this role, you'll help people own it. Main Responsibilities - Support the Total Rewards Partner with benefits and compensation administration, including invoice handling, renewals and audit support. - Lead or support projects to simplify and automate rewards processes (e.g., participate in design, requirements gathering, implementation, testing and rollout of a salary‑review tool/model). - Identify, propose and test process improvements to scale operational efficiency. - Own routine benefits admin tasks (primarily US market) and vendor coordination. - Participate in salary surveys, conduct benchmarking and routine or ad‑hoc compensation analyses. - Support employees and People Business Partners in Total Rewards related topics. - Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams. Core Requirements - Experience in HR, Business, Finance, Statistics or related field. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas). - High discretion handling confidential compensation and benefits data. - Demonstrated analytical mindset: able to run quantitative analyses, interpret results and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate non‑standard issues appropriately. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Practical experience or comfort using AI/automation tools for analysis or process prototyping
