Why This Role Matters This is a new role within our fleet business, focused on developing and managing relationships with medium and large direct fleets. You will play a critical role in driving growth, delivering innovative solutions, and strengthening our position as a trusted mobility partner. What You'll Do Drive business development with new and existing medium and large direct fleets. Build strong relationships with fleet decision-makers and influencers by attending industry events and networking opportunities. Generate leads, follow up on marketing initiatives, and prioritize prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. Develop tailored proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs and Goodyear Total Mobility solutions. Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying pain points, cross-selling solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
