Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe. Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security Main Responsibilities - Develop and execute SEO strategies for 4 brands: NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar and Browser; - Orchestrate platformization project from an SEO perspective; - Lead new products launch to the new markets from an organic perspective; - Lead and nurture SEO team members ; - Build AI-search-based strategies for all 4 brands; - Build and scale localization project and processes around it; - Architect an organic social media strategy focused on channels like Reddit, Github, Quora, etc.; - Manage and run CRO activities across all brands; - Take care of reputational sources and reviews' engines on the Internet; - Constantly challenge current approaches and work towards improving them; - Analyse performance data, share insights and take proactive action towards business growth goals; - Plan SEO budgets for all brands; - Successfully collaborate with other marketing channels and cross-functional teams; Core Requirements - 5+ years of experience in SEO, delivering long-term strategies and execution with clear results of growth; - Experience in leading teams, nurturing and leading team members to success; - Growth mindset:
