Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security About the Role The Litigation Lead is a senior leadership position within the Legal & Policy function, responsible for owning and directing the company's global litigation portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, combining deep litigation expertise with exceptional programme and stakeholder management skills to protect the company's interests, control legal risk, and enable informed decision-making at executive and board level. The successful candidate will be as comfortable presenting litigation exposure to the C-suite as they are directing outside counsel strategy for litigation. Main Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the company's full litigation portfolio across all jurisdictions, including commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory proceedings. - Develop and own a cohesive global litigation strategy aligned with business priorities, risk appetite, and long-term reputational considerations. - Establish and manage a litigation tracking and reporting framework, providing the GC and relevant executive stakeholders with decision-ready portfolio updates. - Drive early dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution strategies where appropriate, balancing cost, risk, and relationship considerations. - Design and implement workstream governance frameworks for high-priority or complex multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring parallel workstreams are
