Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security Main Responsibilities - Lead influencer marketing managers responsible for one product (or a group of early-stage products), owning hiring, 1:1s, performance, and growth. - Own the product's budget, performance targets, and LTV/CAC outcomes; defend trade-offs between scale and efficiency. - Identify and prioritize new markets for influencer expansion - Set the channel and creator strategy across YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, and emerging platforms based on what the data supports. - Build and maintain senior relationships with agencies, top-tier creators, and creator networks; lead the highest-stakes negotiations directly. - Run structured testing cycles and turn campaign post-mortems into repeatable process changes. - Coordinate with Product, Brand, Performance Marketing, and other Influencer teams to align strategy and share learnings. Core Requirements - Extensive background in orchestrating large-scale, global influencer marketing initiatives. - Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets on an international scale with high accountability. - Prior experience managing direct reports, including hiring, performance reviews, and developing people. - Fluent in performance metrics; can understand a dashboard and form a hypothesis without waiting
