Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security Main Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligning it with overall business objectives. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. - Oversee the technical development process, including architecture design, coding standards, and code reviews. - Mentor and develop engineering staff, guiding best practices, technical skills, and career growth.
