About the role We're looking for a seasoned Brand Design Lead to guide and co-create with our Graphic Design Team. This role sits between hands-on design and leadership. As a Design Lead, you'll help designers solve problems, develop stronger concepts, and deliver high-quality work. You'll act as a design partner and mentor, as well as an art director, while also contributing creatively when needed. You'll be responsible for design quality, clarity, and consistency while ensuring our visual output meets both brand and business goals.
