Our Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) team plays a critical role in translating data into actionable insights that drive business impact. As a Sales Manager within the Japan SA&I team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding NIQ's analytics and consulting business in the Japanese market. You will work closely with manufacturers, retailers, and service providers to deliver data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. This is a high-impact, client-facing commercial role requiring a strong combination of sales excellence, consultative thinking, and analytics understanding. Job Description: Own and drive end-to-end sales activities , including pipeline development, client acquisition, and account growth Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage key clients to expand NIQ's presence in assigned industries Lead consultative sales engagements , understanding client needs and positioning data-driven solutions and research services Develop and deliver compelling proposals in collaboration with internal analytics and delivery teams Build and manage long-term client relationships , ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and sales KPIs , ensuring sustainable business growth Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction Leverage NIQ's full portfolio (quantitative/qualitative research, analytics solutions, and data assets) to deliver value-driven insights to clients Qualifications: 8+ years of experience
