Senior Executive, Demand & Supply Planning Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia The Senior Executive, Demand & Planning (Supply Chain) is responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and inbound supply operations to ensure optimal stock availability and business continuity. This role works closely with Sales, Commercial, principals, and supply chain partners to balance customer demand with supply capabilities, minimize inventory risks, and support business growth through effective planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Executive, Demand & Planning (Supply Chain) is responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and inbound supply operations to ensure optimal stock availability and business continuity. This role works closely with Sales, Commercial, principals, and supply chain partners to balance customer demand with supply capabilities, minimize inventory risks, and support business growth through effective planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts of up to 18 months at SKU and aggregate levels using historical sales trends, market intelligence, and commercial inputs. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial teams, and principals to incorporate latest promotion plans, new launches, customer plans, competitive activities, and market trends into forecast assumptions. - Lead forecast building blocks for new product launches and establish baseline forecasts for regular product ranges. - Plan & raise purchase orders based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and replenishment requirements. - Liaise with principals and brand PICs to confirm stock availability, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines. - Ensure purchase orders are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with internal
