Key Responsibilities - Warehouse & Inventory Operations - Perform end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations and optimal efficiency. - Handle and move physical goods within the warehouse while ensuring proper recording and tracking of inventory data. - Maintain and update accurate inventory records and required stock levels for goods, products, and materials. - Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy. - Validate and inspect inventory quantity and quality upon receiving and during storage. - Inventory Control & Quality Management - Conduct quality checks on stored inventory to ensure compliance with company standards. - Process and document returned items accurately and in a timely manner. - Monitor inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses, and support implementation of loss-prevention measures. - Assist in implementing and improving inventory management procedures and controls. - Documentation & Reporting -
