Position Overview We are seeking an experienced New Logo Sales Account Executive to drive business and manage strategic client relationships in our core sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling BPO solutions to large enterprises (logos) and a deep industry knowledge of the US market. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logo clients within banking, finance, healthcare, and customer care sectors - Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with enterprise-level organizations - Create and present compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect's specific needs and challenges - Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at C-suite and senior management levels - Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design customized BPO solutions that address client requirements - Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets - Maintain deep market intelligence about competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting target sectors - Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers
