General Responsibility - The Process Technician will have daily responsibilities to include ensuring compliance with safety/ environmental policies and support TPM and Lean processes. Process Technicians are also responsible for setting up the injection molding machines to the defined process specification while minimizing scrap and down time. Job Duties/Essential Functions - Re-adjusts machine to correct product flaws while following the process specification Communicates with supervisors, processors and other technical personnel both verbally and written. Replace and repair parts containment as needed Maintain housekeeping standards of assigned area Troubleshoot machine/process problems and correct in a timely manner Some maintenance of auxiliary equipment is required (LSI, tape machines) Operate powered vehicles Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and organization is critical Respons
