Job Overview: As the sales lead for the Coleman brand North Region, you will be responsible for retail business strategy and channel management, including distributor development and management. You will ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets, enhance brand image and consumer experience, and drive the healthy development of regional business. Responsibilities: Achieve sales revenue budget and SGM target in brand-owned store. Well understand consumer needs and behaviors through data analysis and personal observation, ensure best in-store execution, set up reasonable KPIs to store staff, to improve transaction and sales margin. Achieve sales revenue budget and SGM target in distributor brand store in retail channel. Develop qualified brand store coverage base with professional and authorized distributors. Maintain good management with distributors via conducting annal business plan, regular business review, to ensure the commercial target achievement and best in-store
