This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences. You'll own the day-to-day operational excellence of our Tres Cantos office - spanning Events, Food & Beverage, Accessibility, and Front of House - while collaborating with EMEA and global Workplace teams to ensure our spaces reflect the Netflix brand and culture. This role reports to the Workplace Manager and is a key part of a team that shapes how employees and visitors experience Netflix every day.
