About The Role: As Project Manager, you will report to the Content and Scaled Channels Lead and play a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of the Netflix Ads Marketing content engine. This means establishing the systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes that allow the team to build, manage, and scale content across existing and new channels - from ideation through delivery. You will work across Ad Sales, Brand Creative Studio, Market Activation, Ads Measurement, and XFN Leadership to manage milestones, align stakeholders, and keep complex multi-workstream programs moving. You will own logistics, resource mapping, timeline and budget management, tooling, agency, partner, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in establishing project management infrastructure - preferably across global campaigns - and a proven track record of building operational clarity in fast-moving, matrixed environments where the systems don't yet exist.
