Campaign/Segment Marketing Manager US-AZ-Arizona (Remote Employees) Position: Campaign/Segment Marketing Manager Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: The Campaign/Segment Marketing manager will report into Arrow's corporate marketing department and provide support to the global component supplier marketing team through the execution and management of strategic verticals. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive collaboration between Arrow vertical markets. Manage digital marketing activities including webinars, webpages, and social media, as well as field enablement support. Collaborate with Digital and Arrow Studio to implement and execute campaigns. Promote new product introductions (NPI). Content creation around critical applications associated within strategic vertical markets. Provide technical project management support to key internal stakeholders, with a focus on leveraging data to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness. Apply and leverage marketing tools and champion marketing automation initiatives. Encompass Arrow's corporate branding as a global technology enabler in the creation and management of campaigns. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. A minimum of 8 years of related marketing experience, specifically successful campaign management. Experience in marketing verticals such as medical and factory automation, and others preferably. Experience with marketing automation software and tools. Prior success developing and executing brand campaigns across the full mix of marketing and communication channels. Excellent technical writing skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technology savvy with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
