Manager, Title Marketing - Korea Seoul,Korea, Republic of Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Netflix Korea Title Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and/or lead the day-to-day development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for Netflix original titles. Our ideal candidate is strategic, solution-oriented, and highly passionate about storytelling. This person will serve as the strategist and creative lead for title campaigns. We highly encourage reading the Who We Are section of the Netflix website and learning about the Netflix Culture to ensure that all candidates feel that Netflix is a good fit. Responsibilities: Build successful 360 marketing campaigns for Netflix's titles (Series, Film & Unscripted) - from strategy development to tactical execution (including media buy, activation, and creative assets). Drive successful marketing campaigns in Korea while developing export-focused strategies and creative assets designed to resonate with audiences beyond Korea. Leverage audience insights, cultural trends, and campaign performance data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns. Identify culturally relevant opportunities and develop breakthrough ideas that drive conversation and fandom. Support the creation of marketing assets for titles - including creative development, planning, and execution of shoots (key art, AV, etc). Act as a liaison to internal cross-functional
