Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. Netflix is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Netflix Ads team in Japan. This role is responsible for conducting advertising campaign execution from confirmation through post-campaign reporting, ensuring seamless operations and a high standard of client service. The Account Manager partners closely with Sales Partners, agencies, advertisers, and the Ad Operations team to manage campaign execution, monitor delivery performance, and support revenue growth across the book of business. This role plays an important part in translating client objectives into well-executed campaigns while maintaining operational excellence across multiple stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities: Partner with Sales Partners to manage advertiser and agency campaigns while supporting revenue growth across accounts Conduct end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating activities from campaign confirmation through launch, delivery, and completion Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related communication with agencies and advertisers Track campaign progress and ensure campaigns launch and deliver according to agreed timelines and objectives Monitor campaign delivery and performance, providing regular reporting and updates to both clients and internal stakeholders Prepare
