Quality Assurance Officer - Agriculture Services - Rahim Yar Khan Country Pakistan Quality Assurance Officer - Agriculture Services - Kabirwala Position Snapshot Department: Agriculture Services Location: Zahir Pir, Rahim Yar Khan Job Type: Full Time Position Summary Ensure implementation of Nestlé Quality & Food Safety standards across regional milk collection operations while maintaining laboratory excellence, compliance, and fresh milk quality standards. A Day in the Life… Implement Nestlé Quality Management Systems and food safety standards in field operations. Conduct milk testing and ensure quality compliance during milk receiving & dispatch. Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Monitor milk rejection, loss/gain, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and develop field teams on Fresh Milk Quality Norms and QMS practices. Support audits, documentation, transport coordination, and workplace safety compliance. What Will Make You Successful: Bachelor's degree : Food Science / Dairy Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry Experience (Minimum) 1-2 years : Quality control / Quality Assurance Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, FSSC-22000, and laboratory practices. Good communication and computer skills. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in field operations. Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset.
