THE POSITION: NEOGEN is looking for a Formulator to join our Randolph, Wisconsin team. Compensation starts at $21.00 an hour with shift differentials and opportunity for overtime. Our Formulators work with our Manufacturing Supervisors to maximize production output. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Manufacture products according to approved formulas. Maintain accurate batch records and all paperwork required for this position. Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers. Assist with maintaining organization of warehouse including inventory control. Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.
