Job Description: The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and Career Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student success by overseeing the delivery of WIL programs, employability workshops, and career development services across the campus. The position serves as the central point of coordination between students, academic staff, and industry partners, ensuring that work-integrated learning experiences are well organised, compliant, and aligned with course requirements and learning outcomes. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end student placement process, from pre-placement preparation and documentation through to monitoring participation and reporting on outcomes. The role also includes designing and facilitating workshops that build students' professional readiness and career capability. A significant component of the role involves maintaining effective relationships with placement providers and internal teams, coordinating employer engagement activities, and ensuring students receive consistent and equitable support throughout their WIL and career
