Technical Project Coordinator Multi-Client Australia-ACT Multi-Client Australia-ACT What success looks like in this role: As a Technical Project Co-ordinator at Unisys, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects and IT support services to our clients within the Australian Government. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. You will oversee the resolution of complex technical issues, support installations activities, and ensure that project milestones are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project coordination or management, with extensive experience in deskside or technical support environments, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. A relevant degree in IT, project management, or a related field, along with industry certifications, will be highly regarded. This position requires a mandatory NV1 AGSVA security clearance. Please ensure you possess this clearance before applying. Skills and Experience Proven experience in IT project coordination or a deskside support environment, including fault investigation, triaging, and resolution Experience with desktop and server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage project timelines and coordinate resources effectively Experience supporting a corporate Windows environment and working with Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and other critical business applications Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, fostering skill development and team growth Familiarity with supporting both physical and virtual environments (desktops and servers) Strong problem-solving skills
