Job Description: ACAP is seeking several dedicated sessional Social Work Educators who are passionate about their field and excited to teach the next generation of professionals. Opportunities are available at both our Sydney and Melbourne Campuses. We are seeking experts in one or more of the following subject matters; Community work, social action, public policy Groupwork, family work Ageing, Disability and Complex Care Work with First Nations People Trauma Informed practice Research methods Additional knowledge areas: Sociology Law and ethics Mental health Sessional work involves; Teaching classes: All of our classes are three hour interactive workshops, the great majority of which are taught in person on campus. Marking assignments and performing administrative tasks associated with the classes Responding to student enquiries and providing advice as required Teaching from one of our campuses (Sydney or Melbourne).
