Job Description: About the role You'll work closely with senior leaders across your portfolio to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business performance across a diverse, multi-site education environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of HR-balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and talent initiatives. What you'll be doing Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities Lead workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives Provide expert ER/IR advice and manage complex people matters Support organisational change and transformation Drive performance, talent and succession outcomes Coach leaders to build capability and engagement Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement What you'll bring Strong generalist HR capability across ER/IR, workforce planning, performance and talent Confidence managing complex, sensitive people matters Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels Experience supporting change in a dynamic environment Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes Strong communication
