Job Description: About the role Navitas is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Australasia team. This role offers the opportunity to support HR Business Partners while managing a small client portfolio, delivering generalist HR advice, and driving initiatives that enhance performance, capability, and workplace culture. You'll work closely with operational managers to implement HR strategies tailored to business needs, while ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals. Key responsibilities Provide expert HR advice across staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Coach and support managers in applying HR policies, awards, and enterprise agreements. Lead and contribute to HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
