Job Description: As an ESL teacher / trainer, you will deliver high-quality language, literacy, and numeracy training programs to empower learners and support their vocational and personal goals. This hands-on role involves designing and evaluating training, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate reporting to meet government contract requirements and national standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and client-focused language, literacy, and numeracy training using adult learning principles and a variety of methodologies. Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of client progress. Design, develop, and validate tools and resources that align with program and learner needs. Foster learner engagement through real-world, project-based learning and innovative use of technology. Maintain accurate records of training delivery and ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements. Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through training, curriculum development, and the adoption of new technologies.
