It encompasses a broad selection of partners, locations, and opportunities including university pathway programs, English language qualifications, employment training, creative media training, and more. Job Description: The Admissions Officer role is responsible for managing and ensuring the accurate processing of domestic student applications and enrolments, and providing support to recruit new domestic students for Navitas Careers & Industry (C&I) Division's university colleges and partnerships. This includes assistance to the domestic recruitment team to enable them to engage prospective students and convert them to enrolment by enacting the update, and reconciliation of; CRM records and student documents while adhering to reporting and enrolment processes. The role is responsible for accurately assessing domestic student applications with thorough review of documentation, including additional investigation where necessary. This process will occur in collaboration with the relevant Sales Teams, Academic Teams, Student Engagement Teams and students with view to generate genuine offers, confirm enrolments for applicants, and support each trimester enrolment target for each campus. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the maintenance of student records and reporting in the CRM and Student Information System (Salesforce and Navigate). Process applications via Salesforce, ensuring timely offers and accurate reporting within specified service level agreement (SLA). Collection and organisation of student documents for enrolment. Completing the end-to-end enrolment process
