As a Chief Engineer (CE) at MORSE, you play a technical, strategic, programmatic, and management role driving our programs, people, and path forward. You will spearhead technical vision, work with customers to plot out the future efforts, and guide a team to execute. As a Chief Engineer - Battle Management, you will lead the design and development of mission-critical web and mobile applications that fuse complex data, enhance situational awareness, and accelerate the entire decision-making cycle-from planning to execution. Responsibilities: - Define and champion the technical vision for our Battle Management systems, creating a roadmap that integrates advanced software architecture, data fusion, and intelligent user interfaces. - Lead Agile, multi-disciplinary teams of 5-50+ Aerospace Engineers, Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, Human-Computer Interaction Engineers, and Cloud Engineers. - Lead technical strategy for the development of intuitive software applications that make complex data readily available and actionable for warfighters in high-stakes environments with care for effective user experiences (UX) - Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program delivery. - Act as a primary technical liaison with government customers and industry partners, translating their strategic needs into
