About this role

Environmental, Health & Safety Lead Beaver Dam, WI; Lebanon, IN; El Paso, TX Meta is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The EHS Lead will work with the global EHS team and local data center site management to develop and proven experience acting as a thought leader in the area of EHS program to keep all data center employees and all Meta partners safe while working at our facilities and ensure compliance with our EHS standards. Responsibilities: - Deliver and track all necessary health and safety training for onsite employees and contingent workers and maintain accurate training records - Identify and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company health, safety and environmental policies, including tracking all necessary records and documentation - Provide functional direction to contracted services - Establish and grow positive cross-functional relationships with all site teams to gain alignment on strategic priorities - Partner with vendors to uphold EHS requirements on site - Assist in the development and implementation of organization wide EHS standards and guidelines - Develop site-based plans for the implementation and on-going management of global EHS standards - Build and maintain a site safety posture that engages and involves site leadership and site team members to be active participants - Manage activities to support day-to-day EHS operations and partner with relevant EHS
