About this role
Performance Marketing Analyst Limassol, Lemesos, Cyprus Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole. Now we look for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics Team. Job Responsibilities - Generate actionable insights to support Growth, Marketing, and Product teams in achieving business objectives; - Analyze user acquisition funnels, conversion paths, retention cohorts, and monetization performance; - Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis generation to final recommendations; - Develop and maintain core growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization areas; - Work with large datasets using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data; - Evaluate marketing campaign performance across various acquisition channels, including paid advertising and affiliate traffic; - Analyze attribution models and user tracking systems to improve marketing efficiency and measurement accuracy; - Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Managers, Marketing teams, Data Scientists, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making; - Participate in designing and validating tracking implementations, events, and analytics infrastructure. You'll thrive here if you have - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Marketing Analytics; - Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work efficiently with large datasets; -
