About this role

As part of this growth journey, we're seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and business strategy, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable growth. A Day in the Life : Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, this role will own marketing channel analytics, customer analytics, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with our media agency to support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing. The ideal candidate combines hands-on analytical rigor with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where marketing accountability and ROI are paramount. The starting salary for this position is $65k, commensurate with relevant work experience. What You'll Do: Marketing Channel Analytics & Performance Management Own end-to-end analysis of marketing performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV, Marketplaces, CRM) Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs including prospects, conversion, CAC, ROI, and contribution to sales In partnership with our media agency, deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance insights with recommendations for optimization Identify opportunities to improve channel mix, targeting, and budget allocation Partner with media agency to evaluate geographic performance and scaling opportunities Customer & Lifecycle Analytics Analyze customer behavior across the funnel from acquisition through repeat purchase In partnership with the Director, CRM
