Job Description: The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sr. IT Business Analyst to support the Planning Tower, enabling end-to-end planning capabilities across multiple business functions including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Portfolio Management, Franchise, Analytics, and Allocation. This role will act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that planning solutions are aligned to business needs, scalable, and insights driven. What Your Impact Will Be: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Partner with business functional leads across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Analytics, Franchise and Portfolio to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
