About this role

Platform Technical Product Manager Remote Office Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the country in which the role is being hired. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Platform organization. In this role, you will help shape the systems that power how Mark43 customers and their partners access, integrate with, and extend our products. Your scope will span data access (data lake and partner APIs), integration platforms, and configurable forms and workflow infrastructure. The products you own are foundational to how public safety agencies operationalize their data and how their broader ecosystem of vendors, analytics tools, and downstream systems connects to Mark43. This is a highly execution-focused role. You will partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and partner vendors to drive product development from concept through launch and iteration. You will work alongside Services, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure the platform capabilities you ship translate into successful customer outcomes.
