The Role As a Quality Specialist, you will own critical quality processes that directly impact the reliability, manufacturability, and operational readiness of Mach Industries systems. You will serve as a technical authority within production, partnering closely with manufacturing, design, supply chain, and test teams to drive rapid issue resolution and scalable quality systems. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hardware environments and can independently lead inspection strategy, nonconformance management, supplier quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across production programs. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while helping define the standards, workflows, and rigor that enable production at scale.
